Day 01: Arrival at Lhasa, the capital of Tibet ( D )
Upon arrival, transferred to Lhasa Hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to get accustomed to the Tibetan climate and altitude.

Day 02: Lhasa ( B L D )
Today, you will go to visit the sacred Jokhang Monastery, a 1,300-year old golden-roofed shrine. Out of the Jokhang, you are right in the center of fascinating Barkhor area, lined with the stalls of an outdoor market selling all kinds of goods. Then come to the western suburb of Lhasa to visit the extraordinary Drepung Monastery founded in 1416. Return to your hotel in Lhasa.

Day 03: Lhasa ( B L D )
Today’s highlight is a visit to the architectural and religious wonders of the Potala Palace. In the afternoon, we will pay a visit to the Sera Monastery, located a few miles to the north of Lhasa. Enjoy a Tibetan Song & Dance Performance after dinner.

Day 04: Lhasa - GYANGTSE ( B L D )
Drive to Gyangtse. Get off at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and transfer to your local hotel. First visit the Gyangtse Old Street. Then move on to Palkhor Monastery. Dinner arranged at hotel.

Day 05: Gyangtse -Shigatse ( B L D )
Drive to Shigatse and check in the local hotel. First visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery. then visit the New Palace of Panchen. Dinner at hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Lhasa and check in Lhasa Hotel. Dinner at hotel.
